Modern Slate Roofing

House Strauli is by far one of the best examples we have of modern slate roofing that we have completed to date. With the iconic backdrop of the mountains, neutral paint tones, the house just fits into its surrounding environment, enhancing the beauty of the area around it rather than subtracting from it.

Traditional Slate Roofing

House Winkler is another of our excellent slate roofing projects. The architect wanted to emphasise that curves and straight lines could exist together, and to help the house stand out in the neighbourhood, an elephant blue slate tile was selected.

Natural Slate Roofing

This natural slate roofing project showcases the timeless elegance and durability of premium slate tiles. Installed with precision and care, the roof complements the architecture beautifully while offering exceptional weather resistance and longevity. A perfect example of KDF Roofing’s commitment to craftsmanship and detail.

Asbestos Overroofing Retrofit With Metal Sheeting

This project involved the overroofing of an aging asbestos slate roof using durable metal sheeting. The new roofing layer was expertly installed to enhance waterproofing, safety, and thermal performance without the need to disturb the original asbestos material. Overroofing offers a cost-effective, compliant solution that avoids the risks of asbestos removal while giving the structure a fresh, modern finish. A smart upgrade completed with minimal disruption and long-term durability in mind.

Metal Sheet Roofing

House Derksen is a fantastic example of modern industrial style design implemented on a residential unit. The use of metal sheeting to cover not just the roof, but also segments of the upper floors and façade, gives this house a unique look and presence in its street while protecting it from the elements.
